MozFest’s Developers Wilding: Online is a two-week Hackathon. It kicks off today, October 28th! We’ll be running this event through November 11th.
Here’s the main requirement: build your project with Otari.ai as your hosted gateway. Otari is Mozilla.ai’s open-source AI infrastructure platform. From there, the rest is up to you.
Choose your own models (open-weights included)
Add code execution, web search and your own tools
Run it on infrastructure you already own.
No lock-in to a single frontier provider. You build it, so you own it.
Prizes:
1st place: $1,000 + 3 hours with Mozilla.ai engineers
2nd place: $200 + 2 hours with Mozilla.ai engineers
3rd place: 1 hour with the Mozilla.ai engineers
Your time with our engineers is for mentoring and expert feedback, so even a third-place finish gets you someone who understands the platform inside and out.
